NON STATUS FACILITIES
Non status or semi-status facilities on freehold
commercial properties are available up to 70% of
valuation. These are suitable where the business is
starting up or in it's early stages.
Alternatively where borrowers have had financial
difficulties, or where convincing the lender of ability
to repay needs to depend upon projections.
Repayment periods can be up to 25 years and rates of
interest will vary according to the circumstances
but can be as competitive as status cases.
